My Mission

To provide the highest quality of dental care in a caring environment. I am very sensitive to the needs of my patients and like seeing the long-term relationships between our patients and our team develop and grow.  We like to have fun in our office; there is no reason to be afraid of going to the dentist.

  – Marquette University, Bachelor of Science in Biology

  – Creighton University, Doctorate of Dental Surgery = Omaha, NE

Continuing Education & Professional Memberships

Dr. Chad is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Burlington Dental Society.  He enjoys all areas of dentistry and stays current with Continuing Education classes; Dental Implants and Esthetics being his favorites.

Life & Hobbies

In his spare time, Dr. Chad enjoys helping his father with the family farm and attending Marquette basketball games.  He lives in the Elkhorn area with his wife (Dr. Rebecca) and his three children: Caleb, Max, and Lia.
